Incident Response Lab

  • Leveraged Splunk, PowerShell, Active Directory, and Nmap to simulate critical blue team security incidents
  • Foundational understanding of Shellbags, ShimCache, EXIF Metadata, Data Carving, File Hashing, and Bash History 
  • Created a 3 page Cyber Incident Response Plan that detailed policies, procedures, roles, and responsibilities for a fictitious cyber organization

Red & Blue Team Simulation Lab

  • Acted as a red-team lead – responsible for identifying vulnerable code in a “test-client” application suite and conducting penetration testing via SQL Injection
  • Created a list of 20 recommendations for the “test-client” to enhance their application security posture and resolve their critical vulnerabilities
  • Analyzed logs and designed mitigation strategies to harden the application suite

Business Cloud Migration Project

Executed the secure migrations of a photography business operations to the cloud, ensuring sensitive client data and high-resolution images. Implement reliable cloud service providers like Honeybook, Backblaze and Pixieset. Established multiple backup protocols to guarantee data redundancy and recovery capabilities.

Hotel Booking Chatbox Project

Developed chatbot by utilizing Amazon Lex for natural language understanding and AWS Lambda for backend functionality. Created and tested the chatbot system, gaining hands-on experience in designing conversational interfaces and integrating serverless computing solutions.

AWS Wordpress Website

Successfully deployed 2 WordPress websites leveraging a suite of AWS tools including Lightsail for deployment, Amazon EC2 for hosting, RDS for database management, Route 53 for DNS, and VPC for network isolation.
